Our story
How we got here
Klikken started in Medellín, Colombia, as an agency for local businesses. Over time the work grew beyond one city and one language, and today we work in English and Spanish. We're registered in the United States as KLIKKEN AGENCY, LLC.
What hasn't changed is how we work. We talk directly to the owner or the person in charge of marketing. We agree on what a good result looks like before we start. Then we show the numbers every month, including the months that didn't go well.
We'd rather lose a sale than promise something we can't deliver. Most of our work comes from people who tried agencies that sold them a lot and explained very little.

Say what we'll do, then do it
Our proposals are short and written in plain words. If something isn't included, we say so up front.
Report the bad months too
Results go up and down. We'd rather tell you why a month was weak than hide it behind a prettier chart.
Plain language
No jargon to sound clever. If you need a glossary to read our report, we wrote it badly.
Two languages, written properly
English and Spanish aren't a translation job. Each one is written for the people who read it.
